1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the horas7 online gaming platform accessible at horas7.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Operator" or "We" or "Us" refers to the legal entity operating the horas7 platform under international gaming licenses.
• "Player" or "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the horas7 services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use horas7 services. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. horas7 strictly enforces age verification procedures and reserves the right to request identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The horas7 platform is designed to serve players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and during use of our services. You acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of horas7 complies with local laws in your area. horas7 operates under international gaming licenses and does not claim to be licensed or authorized by Indonesian regulatory authorities.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the horas7 platform. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual through IP address matching, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, or other means, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit account balances including winnings.

2.4 Account Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Verification (KYC Procedures)

horas7 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete account verification before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may include submission of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all four corners and readable text
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address)
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face in a well-lit environment
• Additional documents may be requested at horas7's discretion if required for enhanced due diligence

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours after document submission. During the verification period, you may deposit funds and place bets, but withdrawal requests will be held pending successful completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

horas7 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). We also accept e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional materials.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your horas7 account instantly upon confirmation of payment. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to banking system delays. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team via live chat or email with your transaction reference number and deposit receipt.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. Approximately 95% of withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or to non-verified accounts may experience longer processing times. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may require additional security verification.

4.4 Payment Method Matching

For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your horas7 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. horas7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

4.5 Fees and Charges

horas7 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Acceptance

By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion offered by horas7, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions attached to that offer in addition to these general Terms. Bonus terms are published on the horas7 website and may include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and other conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand all bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

horas7 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void bets, and confiscate funds from Players who engage in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or loopholes, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (opposite betting, hedging strategies), or any other activity deemed to be in bad faith. horas7's decision on bonus abuse cases is final and binding.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the horas7 platform are subject to the betting rules published in our sports betting section. Key provisions include:

• Bets are settled based on official competition results as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP/WTA for tennis).
• If a match is postponed or rescheduled, bets typically remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original start time. Otherwise, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• For live in-play betting, horas7 makes every effort to suspend markets during significant in-game events (goals, red cards, penalties). However, due to transmission delays, some bets may be accepted during these periods. horas7 reserves the right to void such bets at its discretion.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola in Indonesian betting terminology) and Over/Under bets follow standard industry settlement rules with half-win and half-loss outcomes applying where applicable.
• Accumulator bets (mix parlay) require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. If any selection is void due to postponement or cancellation, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection at reduced odds.

7. Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot machines offered on horas7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by recognized gaming laboratories. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and house edges are displayed within each game interface or available upon request from customer support. Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus wagering and are automatically enforced by the gaming software.

8. Lottery (Togel) Betting Rules

horas7 offers betting on international lottery draws including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau. All togel results are based on official draw outcomes published by the respective lottery operators. Key rules include:

• Bets must be placed before the published draw time. Any bets accepted after the draw has commenced are void and stakes refunded.

• If an official draw is cancelled or postponed by the lottery operator, all bets on that draw are void and stakes returned to Players' accounts.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds to restrict total losses over a specified period.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after funds have been gambled
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward horas7 staff or other Players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the horas7 platform

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, horas7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if horas7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. horas7's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the horas7 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, and user interfaces, is the property of horas7 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the horas7 website without express written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of horas7 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

16. Account Closure and Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. horas7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of termination, horas7 may withhold funds pending investigation of account activity and reserves the right to forfeit balances obtained through violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which horas7 holds its international gaming licenses. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
